USA Ninja Challenge


The program is designed to meet the requirements of a full physical fitness program for today’s youth. We incorporate standard gymnastics apparatus including rings, bars, balance beams and tumbling surfaces. Other specialized ninja training equipment is also used, such as cargo nets, traverse walls, slack lines, ropes and ladders.

Each portion of every obstacle course also includes corresponding conditioning and flexibility stations. The desired result of this program is to improve children’s strength, flexibility and all-around athleticism.

Michael Stanger is a Mount Midoriyama veteran, and 3 time competitor on the hit NBC show “American Ninja Warrior”. After finding a passion for this amazing new sport, he has the privilege of teaching your children how to become ninja warriors! This fast paced, upcoming new sport has kids exercising, building muscles, and getting the best workout of their lives; all while having fun playing on obstacles and building camaraderie with other fellow ninja! As part of the ninja community, he focuses on helping kids to develop self-confidence, athletic ability, and a mentality of celebrating the success of others as well as their own. He draws experience from his time in the Olympic development program for soccer, the time he spent as a professional BMX rider, and also his time as a professional ninja athlete. He hopes to help develop and shape a new generation of kind, strong, and determined ninjas that can make a difference in their own lives and the lives of those around them.
